CBD Products:

You must be 21 years or older to purchase smoking accessories or 18 years or older to purchase CBD products where permitted by law.

Because our products are custom-made, natural, and personal-use items, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — including glassware, CBD items, and handcrafted accessories — all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
     
  • Incorrect selection
     
  • Used or opened products
     
  • Minor handmade variations in color, texture, or shape (these are part of the unique craftsmanship that makes each Stoneze item one-of-a-kind)
     

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
     
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
     
  3. We’ll review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
     

If approved:

  • A replacement item will be shipped free of charge, or
     
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
     

We reserve the right to request the damaged item’s return (if feasible) before issuing a refund or replacement.

3. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Stoneze is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
     
  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
     
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
     

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

4. Cancellations

Once an order has entered production or shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Each Stoneze item is made by hand — which means no two pieces are ever identical. Slight variations in color, size, or texture are normal and a hallmark of true artisan work.
These differences do not qualify as defects.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
